If they are exchanged in context, you might lose just cause of a letter or better- two. âWeâ should always be used when you are talking about a team, probably our old team or anything that denotes a team effort. âIâ on the other hand should be used when the interviewer stresses on âyouâ (your). For eg. asking about your achievements.
